Social Fitness Program
Weβre excited to start our Social Fitness program this term! We live in such a beautiful part of the world we want to get out in the fresh air, explore, have fun and help you reach your health and fitness goals!
Physical activity releases feel-good chemicals into the body, like endorphins and serotonin. These chemicals make you feel good, lift your mood, increase your energy levels and improve your sleep. Getting active also gives your general health and wellbeing a significant boost.
Our fully qualified Personal Trainer Steph will work with you to develop a fun fitness plan with your goals as a priority. If you have goals that involve improving ball skills in soccer or handball (to help with social inclusion), improve core strength or just overall well being please get in touch for a chat!
