Complaints and Feedback

Social Studio staff strive to provide exceptional services and we are continuously seeking ways to improve. You can contact our studio on 0459 955 300 or hello@socialstudio.com.au to provide confidential feedback and complaints in relation to services provided by Social Studio or complete and submit the form below. Social Studio will follow up the complaint and respond within three (3) business days of receiving the complaint or feedback.

If you are not satisfied with Social Studio’s response, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission by calling 1800 035 544 or head to their website to complete a complaints form.

We would also love to know if one of our staff members have gone that extra mile to support and provide a wonderful service to your family.

What we’d like you to know:

  • We value you feedback and will take it seriously as it helps us to improve our service

  • Any complaints or feedback received will not affect services you receive from the Social Studio

  • Please feel free to submit the below from anonymously however please be aware we will not be able to contact you to let you know the outcome of your complaint.
